Almost all the songs for this album were written, performed, programmed, engineered, produced, and mastered by Dyniss. Dirt! wrote the lyrics (and performed) in the rap section for the song, “Ants.” Dana Baitz played piano on the song, “I Am Running.” Mark Boucher did the backup vocal harmonies on the song, “I Believe in Things.” All recording was done on Dyniss’ computer in the basement at his home.
